BOD Certifications & Disclosures
Board members must submit certifications within 90 days of being elected or appointed. This ensures each director has read and understands Demo HOA's governing documents or has completed an approved education course.
Directors must also disclose personal conflicts of interest, including financial relationships with vendors or service providers.
